Current Favorites: Spring 2018

Hello lovely,

I’m sorry I’ve been gone so long but I am back in full force starting now. I have a lot of new ideas for posts and I hope you can all forgive my absence. So, I thought I’d do a round up of my favorites that I’ve been loving over the last few months since I’ve been gone and I hope you enjoy!

I’ve certainly been loving the Wet and Wild Liquid Lipsticks, the Catsuit formula. I love the color selection and the fact that they do not budge in any way once they are dried down. I also love the price and the fact that they are constantly releasing new shades as well as the fact that they are cruelty-free. My current favorite shade is called “Oh My Dolly”, which is a vibrant hot pink color perfect for the warmer weather.

I have been loving the new Love, Beauty, And Planet Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner. This stuff smells so refreshing and feels like it is actually cleaning my hair unlike many products on the market. It is also a cruelty-free brand and I believe it is also vegan. The quality of the product for the price is also a plus!

I’ve been focusing on doing yoga much more in the last few months. I believe it has really changed the way I operate when stressed and it has a magical sense of relaxation and inner harmony which makes me continue to practice it. I encourage anyone dealing with mental health issues to pursue a trial of yoga at the very least.

Another mental health favorite is a pill organizer. I simply picked up a day and night daily organizer from Walgreens and it has helped me with keeping on track with taking medication. I like that if I forget a dose of medication I can track what I missed. This is a simple act of self-care.

Planning! Obviously, I couldn’t live without a planner. I love to write every solitary task down and check it off at the end of the day for a sense of accomplishment. I was gifted the Law of Attraction planner for Christmas and it has been a wonderful addition to my planning routine. I recommend this planner to anyone who truly wants to change the way they live and their habits and routines.
